A Prosecutor from the Terrorism Section of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after interviewing the suspect, sent a motion that the suspect be ordered into custody, namely:

The accused authorized police officer of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina is sentenced in the first instance to one (1) year and four (4) months in prison, as well as to a prohibition from performing his official duties for a period of three (3) years after serving the sentence.
