On 25
December 2025, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an
indictment against 12 persons and 6 legal entities, who are charged with having
placed large amounts of money that they knew originated from the commission of
criminal offenses of organized crime and illicit drug trafficking (cocaine)
from the South American region to the territory of Europe, into legal cash
flows, through the regular business activities of several legal entities, as
well as through the purchase and construction of real estate, as well as
purchase and the so-called ‘mining’ of cryptocurrencies, in the period from
2017 to 2024, all for the purpose of acquiring unlawful material gain.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment
against Mensud Keleštur* aka
"Keli", born in 1959 in Zenica and Hazim Jašarević* aka
"Šimek", born in 1953 in Vitez. They are charged with having acted
contrary to the provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection
of Civilian Persons in Time of War during the war and armed conflict between
the Army of RBiH and the HVO, in their capacity as commanders of the Army of
the Republic of BiH.

"Vule", born in 1992 in Trebinje, a citizen of BiH.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Sead
Arnautović*, born in 1955 in Čelić, a citizen of BiH, and Samir Mehinović*,
born in 1963 in Doboj, a citizen of BiH. The accused are charged with having
acted contrary to the provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment
of Prisoners of War during the war in BiH and the armed conflict between the
Army of BiH and the Army of Republika Srpska (VRS) in the territory of the
municipality of Doboj, while acting in their capacities i.e. Sead Arnautović*
as commander of the 109th Doboj Brigade; Samir Mehinović* as
commander of the military police of the aforementioned brigade.

an indictment against Dragan Jevtić*,
born in 1965 in Zvornik, a citizen of BiH and Serbia, Slavko Bogićević*, aka
"Brko", born in 1955 in Zvornik, a citizen of BiH, and Damjan
Lazarević*, born in 1953 in Zvornik, a citizen of BiH. They are charged with
knowingly aiding and abetting the commission of the criminal offence of
Genocide against Bosniak victims after the fall of the UN-protected area of
Srebrenica during the widespread and systematic attack by the RS Army and the
RS MoI.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an indictment against Mirko Perišić* aka Rođo, born in 1959 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is charged, in his capacity as an official person of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina employed at the position of a driver-security guard in the Office of the Deputy Minister in the period from 2007 to 2012, with having submitted false/ forged invoices for hotel accommodation in Banja Luka on more than 260 occasions, with the intention of obtaining unlawful material gain, and in this way he obtained unlawful material gain of at least BAM 67,544, which is the amount of damage incurred for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
