The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an
indictment against a total of 11 persons, four of whom are authorised officers -
police officers of the Border Police of BiH and three of whom are authorised
customs officers of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of BiH. The defendants
are:

Chief Prosecutor of the
Prosecutor’s Office of BiH Milanko Kajganić met with EU4JUSTICE project
officials Jorge Obach Martinez, a judge from Spain, and Mika Aalto, a
prosecutor from Finland, on their farewell visit. Mr. Aalto was an
international expert in charge of implementing activities related to
strengthening the capacities of the Corruption Section of the Prosecutor’s
Office of BiH within the project.

A group of prosecutors from the People’s Procuratorate of Shanghai Municipality, People’s Republic of China, as part of their visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, visited the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and spoke with Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić and the staff of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
