CUSTODY MOTION AGAINST SUSPECT STOJAN VASILJEVIĆ*

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted to the Court of
Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order the suspect Vasiljević Stojan*, born
in 2001 in Bijeljina, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, into custody. It was
proposed that a custody measure be imposed for the reasons prescribed by
Article 132 (1) (b) and (c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The suspect was deprived of his liberty within the investigation into the installation of a GPS device under the car of Deputy Chief Prosecutor Džermin Pašić, and because of the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Preparation of a criminal offence under Article 248 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offence of Obstruction of justice under Article 241 (2) of the same Code.
