INDICTMENT ISSUED IN HIGH-LEVEL CORRUPTION CASE
02.07.2025. 10:49The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ranko Debevec* (1964), Osman Mehmedagić* (1962) and Milisav Pijuk* (1984), who are accused of committing the criminal offenses listed in 8 counts of the indictment, during 2020 in their respective capacities as President of the Court of BiH, Director of BiH Intelligence and Security Agency and employee of the Court of BiH.
They are charged with the criminal offenses of Abuse of Office or Official Authority (Article 220), Forging Official Documents (Article 226), Accepting Reward or Other Forms of Benefit for Trading in Influence (Article 219), Unauthorized Interception and Audio and Video Recording (Article 147a) of the Criminal Code of BiH, as well as the criminal offense under Article 29 of the Law on Gender Equality of BiH and False Impersonation (Article 369 of the Criminal Code of FBiH).
The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
