INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST DRAŽEN MATIČIĆ* AND ĐORĐE ČEBO* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN EXCISE GOODS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Dražen Matičić aka “Gile”, born in 1980 in Tuzla, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, and Đorđe Čebo, born in 1983 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because of the grounded suspicion that they committed the criminal offence of Illicit trafficking in excise goods under Article 210a (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 26 of the same Code.
