OVERVIEW OF MAJOR ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK BETWEEN 2 JUNE AND 6 JUNE 2025

PROPOSED CUSTODY FOR SUSPECT ALMEDIN GOLETIĆ AKA PENDA* AND PROHIBITING MEASURES FOR SUSPECT MUHAMED KALAJEVAC* AND TWO MORE PERSONS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order suspect Almedin Goletić, aka “Penda”, born in 1998 in Tuzla, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina into custody and prohibiting measures for the suspects Muhamed Kalajevac, born in 1990 in Tuzla, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ahmet Kahrimanović*, born in 1995 in Zagreb, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Goletić Nadir*, born in 2000 in Tuzla, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The custody measure was proposed for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (a), (b) and (c), and the prohibiting measure - for the reasons described in Article 126 (2) and Article 126a paragraph (1) (c) and (d) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The suspects are charged with the criminal offences of Organised Crime under Article 250 and Unauthorised Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
