EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT AT GLODJANSKO BRDO-KAMENICA SITE NEAR ZVORNIK
The exhumation was carried out on 21 and 22 April in the area of the Glođansko brdo-Kamenica site near Zvornik by order of the Prosecutor’s Office BiH and with the order of the Court of BiH. Partial mortal remains of one person were found, as well as clothes, which were sent to the Tuzla Memorial Centre for further forensic and medical processing and to determine the identity of the missing person through DNA analysis.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST IZUDIN HAJDAREVIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF SMUGGLING
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Izudin Hajdarević, born in 1978 in Teslić, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because of the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Smuggling under Article 214 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
