The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Perica Biško*, born in 1984 in Mostar, residing in Ljubuški, citizen of BiH, because there is a grounded suspicion that he committed the continued criminal offence of Tax evasion or fraud in violation of Article 210 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT FILED FOR SMUGGLING OF PERSONS
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Irfan Merdžić* born in 1978 in Travnik, Adnan Karajko* born in 1986 in Travnik, Kabir Maglić* born in 1977 in Travnik and Anes Imamović* born in 1993 in Zenica, because there is a grounded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons in violation of Article 189 (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST DINO MARINOVIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF SMUGGLING OF PERSONS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Dino Marinović*, born in 1993 in Split, citizen of the Republic of Croatia, because there is a grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of persons in violation of Article 189 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH in conjunction with Article 26 of the same Code.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST MIODRAG SAVIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF SMUGGLING OF PERSONS
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Miodrag Savić aka Mijo*, born in 2000 in Zvornik, previously convicted, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because there is a grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons in violation of Article 189 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with paragraph 3 thereof.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
