INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RADINKO STEVANOVIĆ* FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
06.01.2025. 12:24The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Radinko Stevanović AKA "Raco", born in 1972 in Loznica - Republic of Serbia, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia.
The accused is charged with participating, as a member of the 3rd Battalion of the Zvornik Brigade of the VRS, within a widespread and systematic attack directed against the Ethnic Bosniak civilians in the area of Zvornik and its surroundings in 1992, as well as in the unlawful incarceration and killings of 400 to 500 detained Bosniak civilians in the Technical- educational Center in Karakaj.
The accused is charged with committing the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
