INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ABDULAH ČEPALO* ET AL. FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF TAX EVASION OR FRAUD UNDER ARTICLE 210, PARAGRAPH 4, OF THE CC BIH

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Abdulah Čepalo, born in 1953 in Donji Vakuf, Bekir Čepalo*, born in 1982 in Jajce, and the legal entity Rudnica Gipsa z.d.d.* Donji Vakuf, due to  grounded suspicion that they committed a criminal offense Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210, paragraph 4 of the CC BiH .



INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MLADEN MITROVIĆ * FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY UNDER ARTICLE 172 OF THE CC BIH

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an indictment against Mladen Mitrović *, born in 1961 in Prijedor, currently in the USA, due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH.


CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR THE SUSPECTS YIKICI KAHRAMAN* AND EL AHMED MUHAMMED*

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion for remand in custody of  the  suspect Yikici Kahraman*, born in 2000 in Sehitkamil, Turkey, a citizen of Turkey, and El Ahmed Muhammed*, born in 1997 in Aleppo, Syria, residing in Greece, a citizen of Syria. Remand in Custody is proposed for the reasons described in Article 132, paragraph 1, items a) and b) of the CPC of BiH.

The suspects are charged with the criminal offenses of Organizing a group or association for the commission of the criminal offence of smuggling of migrants under Article 189a and the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons under Article 189 of the Criminal Code of BiH
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH.


INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RADOMIR MARIĆ, AKA "ČUDI"* FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF WAR CRIMES AGAINST CIVILIANS

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Radomir Marić, AKA "Čudi"*, born in 1972 in Sokolac, a citizen of BiH and the Swiss Confederation, residing in Switzerland due to  grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142 of the Criminal Code of the SFRY.


INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST VOJISLAV SIMEUNOVIĆ* FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Vojislav Simeunović*, born in 1988 in Gradačac, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a. paragraph 1 of the CC of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 26 and Article 53 of the same Code.
