The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Jasim Abdulkadir, born in 1979 in Syria, citizen of Syria and Turkey, because there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons under Article 189 (1), in conjunction with Article 26 of the Criminal Code of BiH. The Court of BiH confirmed the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH on 11 December.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST ALDEN LUGONJA* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Alden Lugonja, born in Sarajevo in 2003, because there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of money under Article 205 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST ALDIN TOROMAN* AND HASAN VARCAR* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Aldin Toroman, born in 2002 in Bihać, and Varcar Hasan, born in 1989 in Bosanski Novi / Novi Grad, because there is a well-founded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of money under Article 205 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
