PROHIBITING MEASURES MOTION FOR 5 SUSPECTS

Having questioned the suspects, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and
Herzegovina filed a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order
prohibiting measures for a total of five suspects, who are under investigation
for a terrorist act committed in Bosanska Krupa, in order to ensure the
smooth conduct of the investigation.
Prohibiting measures include, inter alia, house arrest for some of the suspects, a ban on leaving their residence, as well as a ban on contacting the suspects and witnesses for all of the suspects.
The Terrorism Section continues the investigation, and is conducting a financial investigation into the actions of certain individuals as well as non-institutional and radical religious associations, which are linked to the committed terrorist act.
