BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE APPEALS DECISION NOT TO ORDER CUSTODY AND PROHIBITING MEASURES IN ‘BLACK TIE 2’ CASE

In the appeal, the prosecutor will explain in detail the reasons for ordering custody or prohibiting measures.
Due to several media inquiries and different connotations present in the public, we would like to note that this case is in the investigation phase and the court is currently deciding on motions for custody or prohibiting measures, and no decision or judgment are being made regarding the suspects’ accountability.
The appeal will be filed with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the legally prescribed time limit.
* In view of the fact that the owner of another company has the same first and last name, please note that the company Atlas Trading d.o.o. Sarajevo, owned by Mirsad Skopak, is in no way related to the suspect in this case, Mirsad Skopak, who was born in 1995.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
