BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE NOTIFIED ABOUT CONFIRMATION OF INDICTMENT

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been informed that
its Indictment in the case against Vasvija Vidović (1954) has been confirmed in
its entirety.
With the said Indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the accused is charged with the perpetration of the criminal offense of Tampering with Evidence, referred to in Article 236, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prosecution will prove the allegations of the Indictment by calling five (5) witnesses and submitting fifteen (15) pieces of material evidence.
