INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST HUSO GOLAĆ (1998) FOR PREVENTING AN OFFICIAL PERSON IN PERFORMING AN OFFICIAL ACTION

According to the indictment, the charges against the defendant are that on 20 November2022, at the International Border Crossing Orašje, while official actions - border control of persons and vehicles on exit from BiH were being carried out, he physically come at and attacked a police officer of the Border Police of BiH, after the police officer had requested to carry out more detailed checks of the items the defendant had on him, including suspicious items.
The defendant is charged with having attacked an official person of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina while performing official actions, causing her minor physical injuries, thereby committing the criminal offence of Preventing an official person from performing an official action set out in Article 241a (2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with paragraph 1 thereof.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
