IN THE CONTINUATION OF THE OPERATION IN THE SKY CASE “CONSIGLIERE” IN SARAJEVO, TWO SUSPECTS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

The suspects, Dženis Kadrić, born in 1989 in Sarajevo, a former employee of the Federation Police Administration, and Alem Hodović, born in 1983 in Priboj, were deprived of their liberty, and the legal entity-company E.S. TECH d.o.o. Sarajevo is being searched.
The activities are carried out within the case codenamed “Consigliere”, in which evidence has been obtained from the Sky and Anom applications. The suspects are under investigation for organised crime related to the illicit international trafficking in large quantities of narcotic drugs, as well as to money laundering, that is, for placing large amounts of money obtained through the commission of criminal offences into regular payment transaction system in BiH and for purchasing movable and immovable property.
Following the completion of theactivities, the suspects will be handed over to the prosecutor in charge, who will make a decision on further activities in the investigation.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
