WITHIN THE SKY CASE CODENAMED “SPARTACUS”, SEARCHES AND ARRESTS IN THE AREA OF BANJA LUKA, ZVORNIK AND EAST SARAJEVO

Acting in
the case of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers
of the RS Ministry of the Interior - Directorate for Organised and Serious
Crime, under the supervision of the prosecutor in charge, are carrying out the
activities of searching buildings and vehicles and arresting suspects, in
several locations in Banja Luka, Zvornik and East Sarajevo.
The activities are carried out within the case with evidence obtained from the Sky and ANOM applications, and relate to persons suspected of organised cross-border crime, connected with the smuggling of large quantities of narcotic drugs.
Given that the case is in the investigation phase, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is unable to provide the public with more details and information.
When the activities are completed, the prosecutor in charge will make a decision on further activities in the case.
