INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST AN EMPLOYEE OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE FOR CORRUPTIVE CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND FORGERY OF DOCUMENTS
03.01.2024. 12:20A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against:
- Mustafa Vrabac, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, former employee of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.
The accused is charged with using his official authority as the Head of the Section within the General Affairs Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, to forge an official document, i.e. the official identification of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, and thus using the badge without authorization, posing as an investigator, i.e. an official person of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
Furthermore, he is accused of having contacted A.A. at the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, to demand and subsequently receive the amount of BAM 20,000 in order to allegedly intercede with the officials of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.
The accused is charged with criminal offenses - Forging an Official Document under Article 226 of the CC BiH and Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits for Illegal interceding under Article 219 of the CC BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation, which confirmed it.
