-         Jacek Andrzey Zawitowski, born in 1985 in Poland, residing in the Ušivak Migrant Centre, Hadžići.

The above-mentioned suspect is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the charges against him are that on 5 September this year, after arriving to the Ušivak Migrant Center in the municipality of Hadžići in an intoxicated condition, which is secured by police officers of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Authorities (DCPA) of BiH, he physically assaulted a police officer who controlled entries into the facility and verbally and physically attacked the authorised officer, after which he was deprived of his freedom.

The above-mentioned person is suspected of committing the criminal offence of Attack against official persons on tasks of security, detection and apprehension of perpetrators of criminal offences in violation of Article 241b (1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH).

The custody was proposed for the reasons described in Article 132 (1), (a) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH, i.e. due to the risk of flight of a suspect who does not have citizenship, permanent or temporary residence in BiH and who would become unavailable to the judicial authorities of BiH by crossing the border.
