INDICTMENT FILED FOR ATTACK ON AUTHORISED OFFICER - POLICE OFFICER OF BORDER POLICE OF BIH

- Ajdin Mujkić, born in 1999 in Salzburg, Republic of Austria, previously convicted, citizen of the Republic of Austria.
According to the allegations from the indictment, the charges against the defendant are that during the policeman’s border control of persons and vehicles at the exit from Bosnia and Herzegovina at the International Border Crossing Izačić on 6 October 2019, he first verbally and then physically attacked and assaulted a police officer, after the latter had asked him to move the vehicle to the side, outside the column, as part of the border control.
The accused is charged with having attacked an official person in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina while performing security duties of Bosnia and Herzegovina, thus committing the criminal offence of assaulting an official person in the performance of security duties, while detecting or apprehending the perpetrator of criminal offences in violation of Article 241b (1) of the Criminal Code Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
