INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST MILORAD DODIK AND MILOŠ LUKIĆ
14.08.2023. 09:19Following the completion of the investigation, the prosecution team of the Prosecutors Office of BiH filed an indictment against:
- Milorad Dodik, born in 1959 in Laktaši, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Miloš Lukić, born in 1987 in Tuzla, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The defendants are accused of having committed the criminal offence of non-execution of decisions of the High Representative in violation of Article 203a (1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
