As a result of the disciplinary proceedings, the accused was removed from the civil service. He was declared guilty of the criminal offense of Forging of Official Document under Article 226, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused pleaded guilty to the fact that, as an employee of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC), assigned to the position of senior expert associate for financial affairs, he took advantage of the position he was in, and entered false information into the official documents of the CEC in such a way that he falsified pay slips on the amount of personal income in his name, certified them with his signature and the official seal of the CEC, and submitted them to the bank with a request for loan approval.
