The suspects are under investigation due to existence of grounds for suspicion that they have committed criminal offenses of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  The members of this organized group are suspected of procuring a large amount of the narcotic drug "marijuana" from the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, as well as the organized transfer, hiding and smuggling of the narcotic drug in BiH, and subsequently its distribution and sale in the wider area of BiH.

These activities are a continuation of the operation in the cases with evidence from the decrypted Sky and Anom applications.

The prosecutor will question the suspects within the legal deadline, after which he will decide on motion for remand in custody or prohibiting measures and the continuation of investigative activities in the case.
