IN THE CONTINUATION OF THE OPERATION CODE NAMED
06.10.2022. 14:01 Acting on the order of a Prosecutor from the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, the police officers of the Sarajevo Canton MoI deprived the suspect Adi Nukić, born in 1990 in Sarajevo, of liberty in Sarajevo.
The suspect is under investigation in the case codenamed "Rez" /Cut/, together with Elvis Keljmendi and other suspects, and is charged with criminal offenses of Organized Crime and Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, in conjunction with several other serious criminal offences.
The mentioned suspects are also suspected of multiple placements of explosive devices on facilities and property, to persons from rival criminal groups, which caused a threat to the security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.Along with the deprivation of liberty, the premises used by the suspect were also searched.
These activities are a continuation of the operations in the cases with the decrypted applications Sky and Anom.
The suspect was handed over to the Assigned Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office within the legal deadline, who will decide on further activities.
