PROHIBITING MEASURES REQUESTED FOR THE SUSPECTED POLICE OFFICER DEJAN RADOVANOVIĆ
23.09.2022. 14:26Prohibiting measures refer, inter alia, to the confiscation of travel documents, the ban on issuing new passports, as well as the use of identity cards for crossing the state border, ban on performing official duties of a police officer and access to the capacities of the Border Police, as well as a ban on meeting with certain persons.
The suspect is under investigation for corrupt criminal offense and abuse of police powers and records of the Border Police. The aforementioned prohibiting measures will ensure the smooth implementation and completion of the investigation conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina together with partner agencies and institutions.
