ALL ACCUSED PARTIES IN THE CASE OF CORRUPTIVE CRIMINAL OFFENSES ADMITTED GUILT

In the case of corruption crimes, the accused pleaded guilty and were sentenced to prison sentences, as well as suspended sentences and fines, and the three accused police officers of the Border Police are no longer members of the police structure

Following the plea agreement, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina imposed the following sentences: 

- The accused Milošević Goran was sentenced to 1 year in prison, and a fine in the amount of 6000 BAM 

 

- The accused Svetozar Kašiković was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of 1 year, with a probationary period of 3 years, and a fine in the amount of 5000 BAM 

 

- The accused Vladislav Pravica was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of 1 year, with a probation period of 3 years, and a fine in the amount of 4000 BAM 

 

- The accused Milorad Rogač was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of 1 year, with a probationary period of 3 years, and a fine in the amount of 3000 BAM 

 

- The accused Darko Đurić was sentenced to suspended prison sentence of 1 year, with a probation period of 3 years, and a fine in the amount of 3000 BAM 

 

- the accused Zoran Rogač was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of 1 year, with a probation period of 2 years, and a fine in the amount of 2000 BAM 

 

- The accused Goran Svorcan was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of 1 year, with a probation period of 2 years, and a fine in the amount of 3000 BAM 

 

- The accused Aleksandar Milinić was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of 1 year, with a probation period of 2 years, and a fine in the amount of 1000 BAM 

 

The accused, who were members of the BiH Border Police BP Unit Trebinje, Goran Milošević, Svetozar Kašiković and Vladislav Pravica, are no longer employees of the police structures. 

 

The accused are charged with becoming members of a group of people in the period from the end of 2020 to the month of April 2021 for the purpose of committing criminal offenses of receiving and giving gifts and other forms of benefits, smuggling and illicit traffic of excise goods in order to, by avoiding customs control measures, carry out transfer of excise goods through the customs line from Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

 

As part of the procedure, a large quantity of cigarettes as well as a vehicle used to commit criminal offenses was seized from the accused. 

 

The proposed and rendered sentences are in accordance with the role and responsibility of the accused in the commission of criminal offenses. 

 

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has, on 20 September 2022, accepted plea agreements and pronounced judgments for the accused.
