ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH THE DIRECTOR OF THE SECURITIES REGISTRY IN THE FBIH
31.08.2022. 13:43 Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, met with Mr. Đure Obradović, Director of the Securities registry in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It was a very important meeting related to the activities of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office in the fight against organized crime, as well as the blocking of illegally acquired property, which is recorded in the Securities Registry in FBiH.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially in its financial and economic crime cases, often faces the need to monitor the flow of securities as part of the process of gathering evidence, the process of finding and blocking assets, as well as other issues in this area, hence the cooperation with the Securities Registry is certainly significant as an aid in the work of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office. Good and intensive cooperation and communication, which will continue in the coming period was confirmed at the meeting.*Note on the principle of presumption of innocence
