INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY
17.08.2022. 14:39 A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Amar Lačević, born in 1996, in Munich - FR Germany, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The accused is charged with having committed the criminal offense, by way of buying a mobile phone in a catering facility in Sarajevo with 45 counterfeit banknotes in denominations of 50 euros, which he knew were counterfeits.
The accused is charged with putting counterfeit money into circulation as genuine money, thereby committing the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
