CUSTODY MOTION FOR NINE SUSPECTS IN THE CASE CODENAMED “IRA”
15.04.2022. 08:59After questioning the suspects, the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH working on the case sent a motion to the Court of BiH to order custody for nine persons suspected of organised crime related to international smuggling of narcotic drugs and arms, and other criminal offences.
Among the persons for whom custody has been moved is a suspected holder of judicial office.
Activities in the case were conducted in several cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and are aimed at prosecuting persons suspected of organised crime and serious crime, which are associated with organised criminal groups in the countries of the region.The investigation in the case is continuing intensively.
