INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF UNAUTHORIZED STORAGE OF GOODS

According to the allegations in the Indictment, this accused person is charged with illegally storing a larger quantity of cigarettes of various brands and manufacturers, taxable under the tax legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the premises in the area of Banja Luka not registered for that purpose in accordance with the law.
During the search, authorized officers found and seized 7643 packs of cigarettes of various brands and manufacturers, with the total market value of BAM 28,753.33.
The accused Kukrika is charged with the commission of the criminal offense of Unauthorized Storage of Goods, referred to in Article 210b, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
