HOOKAH TOBACCO IN THE VALUE OF BAM 63,500 SEIZED
09.11.2021. 13:45After having been contacted by the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina coordinated the activities relating to the seizure of the flavoured hookah tobacco with the total market value of BAM 63,500, which did not have the necessary documentation and was found in the facilities in the area of the city of Sarajevo. The duty Prosecutor issued instructions to his employees to document this criminal offense.
The flavoured hookah tobacco, which does not have appropriate excise stamps of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be seized, and a report on the committed criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products, as provided for by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be issued against the perpetrator.
