MEETINGS HELD WITH DIRECTORS OF POLICE AGENCIES, INDIRECT TAXATION ADMINISTRATION AND AUDIT OFFICE OF BIH AT THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH
03.11.2021. 15:48Acting Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, together with Deputies Diana Kajmakovic and Ismet Šuškic, met in separate meetings, with SIPA Director Darko Ćulum, BiH Border Police Director Zoran Galić and his associates Dragan Kulić and Vladimir Popović, ITA Director Miro Džakula and associate Danijela Jozić as well as the Auditor General of the BiH Audit Office, Hrvoje Tvrtković, and his deputies, Jasmina Pilica and Ranko Krsman.
At the meetings, opinions were exchanged on the possibilities of improving communication and operational cooperation between these institutions, with which the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has intensive cooperation in the processing of criminal offenses within the competence of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
Direct and open communication in all lines of work has been agreed, with the aim of achieving the best possible work results in strengthening the rule of law. In the conversations with all officials, it was defined that the processing of high corruption is a priority in the future work of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, and in this regard it was agreed to intensify cooperation in this area.*Note on the principle of presumption of innocence
