BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE INFORMED ABOUT SEIZURE OF COUNTERFEIT EURO BANKNOTES IN EAST SARAJEVO
21.10.2021. 15:38Police officers of the East Sarajevo Police Department of the Republika Srpska Ministry of the Interior have informed the duty Prosecutor about the finding of several counterfeit euro banknotes.
After receiving the information, the duty Prosecutor gave instructions to the police officers regarding further activities on documenting the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money, referred to in Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Upon the completion of these activities, the East Sarajevo Police Department of the Republika Srpska Ministry of the Interior will submit to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina a report on the event in question, for further action.
