MEETING WITHIN REGIONAL COOPERATION IN WAR CRIME CASES HELD UNDER THE AUSPICES OF UNDP
02.07.2021. 15:40The meeting discussed the continuation of regional cooperation, especially regarding Category II cases taken over by the War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Serbia, which have also been monitored by the Chief Prosecutor of IRMCT OTP, Serge Brammertz. The UNDP representative informed the delegations that the continuation of the Palić process would be organised in order to improve regional cooperation under the auspices of the UNDP, with the participation of the Chief Prosecutor of IRMCT OTP, Serge Brammertz.
After the meeting, the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, and her associates met with the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Serbia, HE Aida Smajić.
The meeting discussed current issues in the field of regional cooperation in prosecuting war crimes.
