CHIEF PROSECUTOR MEETS WITH HEAD OF GIZ PROJECT COUNTERING SERIOUS CRIME IN THE WESTERN BALKANS
22.06.2021. 13:08The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gordana Tadić, with her associates, met with Mr Oliver Janser, Head of Project for Countering Serious Crime in the Western Balkans - IPA 2019.
The meeting was also attended by the Project Resident Prosecutor, Ms Alenka Ranzinger, who is accommodated in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The main topics of the meeting were activities carried out to strengthen capacities for countering organised crime in the Western Balkans through specialist trainings, workshops and other activities within the project supported by the European Union.
Cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the GIZ project will also continue in the coming period.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
