CHIEF PROSECUTOR MEETS WITH DIRECTOR OF AGENCY FOR FORENSIC AND EXPERT EXAMINATIONS OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
18.03.2021. 14:37The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gordana Tadić, and her associates, met and talked with the Director of the Agency for Forensic and Expert Examinations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Radiša Samardžija.
This is the first visit of the Director Samardžija to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina after his taking office.
At the meeting, the continuation of cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office and the Agency for Forensic and Expert Examinations of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the area of providing expert examinations in cases within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was discussed, along with other issues deemed important for cooperation between the two respective institutions at the state level.
The cooperation between these two partner institutions will continue in the future.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
