BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE TO SEND A MOTION IN THE AFTERNOON FOR ORDERING DARKO ELEZ (1980) INTO CUSTODY
04.03.2021. 15:17The case’s prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption will, during the afternoon, send a motion to the Court of BiH to order the suspect Darko Elez into custody.
The custody motion will be sent within the legal deadline.
