MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF CUSTODY OF MUTAP ZIJAD AND DUPOVAC HASAN SUBMITTED
24.02.2021. 15:20The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has sent a motion to the Court of BiH to extend custody of the above-mentioned suspects in the case of Dženan Memić’s death by another 60 days.
In the motion reasoned in detail, the extension of custody has been requested for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (b) and (d) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The motion has been forwarded to the Court of BiH.
