PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA REQUESTS DELIVERY OF CASES RELATING TO DAVID DRAGIČEVIĆ
22.02.2021. 15:35Based on the submission filed by the representatives of the injured parties and the Association “Justice for David”, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has immediately sent a request that the cases related to the death of David Dragičević, which occurred in March of 2018 in Banja Luka, be delivered for inspection purposes.
The request has been sent to the Banja Luka District Prosecutor’s Office and the Republika Srpska Special Prosecutor’s Office.
Following the delivery and analysis of the said cases, the Prosecutor’s Office will make a decision regarding further steps and activities.
