CUSTODY MEASURE PROPOSED AGAINST ONE PERSON DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN POLICE OPERATION CODENAMED ‘DIABLO’
14.12.2020. 16:45- Luka Mišević, born in 1992 in Imotski, in the Republic of Croatia, a citizen of the Republic of Croatia.
The measure of custody has been proposed for reasons as stipulated in Article 132, paragraph 1, item a) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely, due to the risk of the suspect’s flight, as he would become unavailable to the judicial authorities of our country if he left Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The suspect is subject to investigation by Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and he is suspected to have committed the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, referred to in Article 195, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
