CHIEF PROSECUTOR MEETS WITH UNDP REPRESENTATIVES
16.09.2020. 15:31The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, together with the Head of the War Crimes Section, Izet Odobašić, and her associates met with UNDP representatives Ivan Jovanović, Head of the Regional War Crimes Project, and Sabina Hidanović, new Project Coordinator in Sarajevo.
The meeting discussed the activities that the UNDP is implementing through projects related to the regional cooperation among Prosecutor’s Offices prosecuting war crimes cases, as well as meetings of prosecutors of the region, at which current issues in this area are discussed.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has good cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), which has been achieved through previous projects related to the prosecution of war crimes cases in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.
The UNDP representatives briefed the Chief Prosecutor on the activities they plan to implement in the future.
Good cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and UNDP will continue in the coming period.
