An Investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently present at the Rostovo site, where he is coordinating the exhumation process, which began yesterday at the said site.

So far, the remains of at least four persons have been found, namely, three persons have been found at the original site, whereas the remains of another person have been found at a separate site, not far away from the original site.

In addition to the mortal remains, pieces of clothing and footwear have also been found, as well as certain documentation, which is presumed to have belonged to the persons found.

The exhumation works at this site will continue in the coming days, and the site will be adequately secured and protected throughout the exhumation.
