CUSTODY MOTION FOR SUSPECTS IN “RESPIRATORS” CASE
30.05.2020. 16:05After interviewing the suspects, the prosecution team of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted a motion to the Court of BiH to order a 30-day custody measure.
After the suspects were handed over to prosecutors of the prosecution team by SIPA, a motion was submitted to the Court of BiH to order the following suspects into custody:
- Fahrudin Solak, Fikret Hodžić, Fadil Novalić.
The prosecution team is continuing to work on the case.
