INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS TAKEN TO DETERMINE CAUSE OF EXPLOSION IN ‘MILOŠ OBILIĆ’ BARRACKS IN PALE
24.04.2020. 12:00After the Duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina had been informed on 23 April 2020 that there had been an explosion within the compounds of the ‘Miloš Obilić’ Barracks in Pale in which a soldier of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina had been injured, the Duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina commenced investigative activities together with the SIPA police officers, officers of the Republika Srpska Ministry of the Interior, Military Police and an EOD- Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit, and these activities will be continued on 24 April 2020 as well.
Upon the completion of the ordered investigative actions and on the basis of the results obtained and evidence gathered, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will decide on further activities in relation to the said event.
