WORKING VISIT OF THE DELEGATION OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT
12.09.2019. 12:09A working meeting was held in The Hague between the delegation of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina headed by the Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić and the delegation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the International Criminal Court headed by Phakiso Motchochoko, Director of the Jurisdiction, Cooperation and Complementarity Division.
Meeting participants discussed the possibilities and modalities of cooperation between the two institutions, within their jurisdiction.
Delegations have agreed to continue cooperation and exchange of experiences through mutual legal assistance and other forms of engagement.
