The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH held a Collegium of all prosecutors from all three Prosecutorial Departments. The Collegium was chaired by the Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, who presented the 2018 performance results to the colleagues, as well as the results achieved in the first half of 2019 and the plan for changes within the internal structure aiming to improve and make case work more efficient.

The planned changes include the reinstatement of regional teams to the Special War Crimes Department, which will help concentrate war crimes cases in one area to a number of prosecutors, investigators and professional staff, which will thus enable more effective and better insight into events and contribute to more efficient prosecution of cases.

The plan for amending the Rulebook was unanimously adopted by the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, and will be sent to HJPC BiH for further procedure.
