CHIEF PROSECUTOR MEETS WITH NEWLY APPOINTED PROSECUTORS OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH
10.06.2019. 15:04Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH Gordana Tadić met with the newly appointed prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH who took office today.
After receiving and welcoming them, the Chief Prosecutor introduced the new colleagues with the internal organisation of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and its current plans and activities.
The new prosecutors will be assigned to the prosecutorial departments of the Prosecutor’s Offices of BiH and will begin to work on cases.
The appointment of four prosecutors to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will further strengthen its capacities for prosecuting war crimes, organised crime, corruption and other crime cases falling within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The newly appointed prosecutors are: Senad Osmić, Mladen Furtula, Igor Dubak and Ahmed Mešić.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
