Ms. Gordana Tadić, Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Prosecutors from the Special Department for War Crimes have met with Ms. Bakira Hasečić, President of the ‘Woman-War Victim’ Association and Mr. Mirsad Tokača, Director of the Research and Documentation Center (RDC).

The topics discussed at the meeting were the work on war crimes cases, particularly those committed in the area of Bosnia-Podrinje Canton, and the cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office, victims’ associations and institutions gathering and documenting facts about war crimes committed during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is maintaining intensive contacts and cooperation with associations of victims of war crimes from all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as with institutions and non-governmental organizations that document facts about war crimes, all with the mutual goal of prosecuting war crimes cases and fighting against impunity for war crimes.
