INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BOŽO MIHAJLOVIĆ
20.06.2018. 12:17Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against the following person:
- Božo Mihajlović born in 1957;
The accused person is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Lack of Commitment in Office referred to in Article 224 of the CC BiH
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
