Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against the following person:

-        Mirsad Nuković, born in 1970 in Novi Pazar, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia.

The accused is charged with having obtained personal documents issued for persons of female sex, sometime towards the end of 2016, for the purpose of illicit smuggling of Cuban migrants, who had previously been sexually exploited, from Serbia to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The accused is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189 of the CC BiH.

The indictment was confirmed by the Court of BiH.
